LEGAL NOTICE
JONESVILLE FIRE DISTRICT ANNUAL ELECTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Jonesville Fire District will hold its annual election on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. There shall be two election districts: those residing in voter districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 28 and 33 shall cast their ballots at Station #1, 953 Main Street, Clifton Park, NY and those residing in voter districts 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 27, 29 and 34 shall cast their ballots at Station #2, 629 Rt. 146A, Clifton Park, NY. The annual election will take place between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM for the purpose of:
Electing one commissioner for a 5-year term, commencing on January 1, 2023, and ending on December 31, 2027.
Candidates for the office of Fire District Commissioner shall file their names and the term of office they are seeking in writing with the Secretary of the Jonesville Fire District at the address below no later than November 23, 2022.

Only those persons who are residents of the Jonesville Fire District on or before November 14, 2022, and who also registered to vote with the Saratoga County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2022, shall be eligible to vote in this election.
